ManuTrain®

Relief and stabilization of the wrist.

The ManuTrain® stabilizes the wrist joint by partially immobilizing the movement axes, and supports the regeneration processes in cases of injuries and irritation. The brace exerts medical compression on the tissue and provides a massage effect during movement, thus improving circulation and reducing pain.

KEY FEATURES

  • Medical Ccl 1 (20-30 mm Hg)
  • Rigid thermoplastic stabilization stay
  • Integrated viscoelastic insert

HELP ON HAND

Its anatomically contoured high-low knitted fabric has a highly textured surface to ensure it remains securely in position and provides the hand’s proprioceptors with comprehensive stimulation for improved joint function. The viscoelastic pad on the ulna has cutouts for the bony protrusion, which helps to position the support and prevents pressure peaks.

The ManuTrain’s breathable, latex-free material, reduced compression at the edges, and the anatomically contoured thumb opening ensure a pleasant wearing sensation.

TARGETED STABILIZATION

Starting from the forearm, the partly elastic strap system is wrapped around the palm and wrist and tightened to limit movement in palmar flexion and ulnar abduction. This ensures targeted relief without restricting gripping. The stabilizing effect can be reduced to suit treatment by removing one part of the strap and instead wrapping the elastic fleece band around the wrist. Alternatively, the entire strap system can also be removed.
